We are starting to prepare for LabEx 2013 and had to go out to the Crandall Woods for some baseline comparison samples so that when we got out we can put our work in context. The stream has been up and down, we are seeing some signs of human activity but the stream and the forest is "waking up".
We are making new plans for the inside labs as well and the labs will be a bit different this year so we hope that students will get more out of the experience.
